A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% balance and $500 refundable damage deposit are due 90 days prior to your event.

A wedding planner or day of wedding coordinator is crucial to the success of your special day. We require all events to have a licensed and insured wedding coordinator that is onsite for the duration of your event (from initial setup through event conclusion and strike).

All events are required to secure daily event insurance with Host Liquor Liability and The Barn at Hidden Oaks listed as an additional insured. We recommend visiting www.eventhelper.com.

Wedding dates can be reserved up to 24 months in advance. We will offer a 5 day courtesy hold on event dates after formal tours.
